Soo Bahk Do is a traditional Korean martial art that whose historical origins date back over 2,000 years ago. It is both an effective self-defense system and beautiful, traditional art form. Boston Classical Soo Bahk Do has been operating out of the YWCA Cambridge since 2001. We teach Soo Bahk Do to adults, teens, and children. We welcome individuals with special needs.
